Club IT is music, dancing, and entertainment concept built for music lovers. The place offers the opportunity to listen to assorted music while eating, drinking, or simply relaxing with friends during leisure hours. The convenience of its food and beverages makes it a possible place to visit frequently throughout the week.
Mission Statement and Clientele
Club IT mission statement reports “We Ruben and Lisa, offer you live music, DJ’s, dance space and refreshments that suit your lifestyle. You are our friends, and we seek to build a community that meets regularly at Club IT.” This statement is quite simple and straight forward aiming to a young clientele whose main interest is to meet up and enjoy listening to different music genres, clearly specified in the statement. The last statement about building a community is a clear invitation to clientele to identify Club IT as part of the daily routine, and a gathering point like “home”.
Club IT Resources
The Club IT system is well organized but simple. The employees’ portal in particular reports specific information about the business such as employees’ personal information and wages, business performance (sales, budget, order forms, etc.), business procedures, etc. Although user friendly it is quite basic and requires some improvements to make it functional and efficient. One important aspect is to ensure information such as budget, sales, and companies strategies are accessible only to the specific departments. Therefore it should a divided by departments with permission driven access and employees’ login passwords according to department (e.g. kitchen, waiters, administrative, etc.).
