1. INTRODUCTION
Clive Peeter Ltd. is an Australian company which deals in white-goods and electrical goods retailing. In Western Australia, it operated under the name of Rick Hart. The store had more than 140 brands and 20,000 individual models The Company was running very successfully in 2005 as it was listed in Stock exchange with $120 million float. It had very good reputation and growing brand recognition. However, it was hit by major multi-million accounting fraud its employer Ms. Sonya Causer. Presently, most of its stores have been taken over by Harvey Norman or shut down. It failed because of poor management and lack of aggressive advertising and marketing.
