Most students will agree that there are opportunities to expand the quality program. The employee meeting approach is a good start in terms of utilizing high involvement organizational practices. There are opportunities to maximize the overall quality of their human capital. Training seems to be an obvious area to focus in terms of educating and building awareness about basic standards and procedures.

To institute a high-performance work system as a test program it would have to consist of a high-involvement system that need an extremely high amount of learning among managers and front line employees. By taking part in the process of research and development of system changes, employees and managers gain the opportunity to take in the information needed to make the change and develop the knowledge and skills needed to change successfully. Changes are developed and implemented iteratively as business units identify an appropriate starting point for change, design and pilot the new system, and make adjustments. Over time, participants in the process build their change management and system design skills. This program should also consist of Human Resource training. It is an influential figure in businesses. Human Resources training are helpful when it gives desire outcomes.Human Resource practice measures, the proper level of analysis and proximity of performance measures, and the timing of measurement. The effective implementation of these practices requires that the Human Resources director act with the head of the organization as a partner in strategic change. The problem is that many HR directors do not have the requisite business good judgment and knowledge of strategy and change management. Job enrichment is another factor to consider.
