Abstract

Classic Airlines was the fifth largest carrier of passengers in the world.   How does the largest carrier remain the most successful?   For any organization to succeed, they must know where they are and determine where they want to be.   So where is Classic Airlines?   Maintaining the Airlines’ budget will continuously be a concern for the organization.   Many factors such as fuel prices and competition affect the ability to sustain low fares for our customers.   In order to reduce costs for our organization and customers, we have to cut prices in areas that are of little concern.   Not having assigned seating or meals on our flights are a couple of ways we keep costs down.   Although these may be inconvenient for our passengers, our customer satisfaction ratings have proven that our minor cutbacks are of little concern.
