Marketing solution requires careful consideration of key success factors driving the dynamics of market and customer’s trend toward the services of company for designing the business strategy. The emphasis on raising consumer’s confidence through applying different schemes for enhancing their satisfaction and ease remains primary concern for the Classic Airlines. Brand loyalty is necessary for long-term profitability. The present paper analyzes the application of the 9-step problem-solving model for resolving the issues in the Classic Airlines. Description of the Classic Airlines, Problem statement, SMART objectives, risk management, evaluation of alternatives, decision making criteria, implementation of strategy, and evaluation of results are the key points to achieve the sales goal in eighteen months.
