Firstly, I would like to thank for the lecturers in Raffles Design Institute. With their teaching, I can learn a lot of knowledge about the business; increase the business and communication skills.

Secondly, I would like to thank for the china telecom colleagues and leaders in these two months of my work. In this company, I can command the china telecom various fees standard and know how they operate, at same time find so shortcoming of the company, exercise the communication skills., and as well some knowledge outside the school and this knowledge maybe give me some help in my future. Executive ummary

China telecom was established in 2002, is China's largest basic network. Still has most broadband market in the shanghai market

From the work experience, the writer find the main problem china telecom has: high reputition not equal high sales, then the writer find some information about what affect the sales of the chian telecom, then come up with three hypotheses: price, qualily and channel of distributions lead the company loss the customers.

Then, design the questionaire, doing the interview. thorugh collect the data, it obviously shows the customers complain the high price, bad quality and different standard service of channels distribution. from the findings, the company need improve these aspects.

The report will specific illustrate the problem the company has and the findings, recommendings.
