How do these contribute to the meaning of the work as a whole? 6. How are literary sound devices used in the work? How do these contribute to the meaning of the work as a whole? 7. How are examples of figurative language used in the work? How do these contribute to the meaning of the work as a whole? 8. What information is presented by the front/back cover? The end sheets? The dust jacket? How does this contribute to the meaning of the work as a whole? 9. What is the primary medium of the illustrations?
