Addressing the issue of childhood obesity

Childhood obesity is increasing in different ethnic groups in both gender and all across the world. Let me start off by saying that childhood obesity has become a deadly disease in united state it important thing that should know firstly over other thing in life. Many parents are getting worried about their children being obese. First of all, combining poor eating habits with low physical activity double a child risk of becoming obese. Children are spending an increasing amount of time in front of a screen: TV, computer, and video games. Excessive eating-out contributes to obesity in a number of ways. First, what does it mean to be obese? A person is considered to be obese if they have a lot of body fats. The definition of obesity “is very fat an (, 2010) overweight; corpulent. What would make some good counter arguments about childhood obesity? 1. What would be some solutions and counter arguments?

So far, I have that parents should be more attentive and exercise daily as solutions. 2. Should schools should provide nutritious snacks for the kids instead of junk food. Yes, because there where kid most of the time get there snacks from and if school give kids the right food it will be follower at home. 3. Is childhood obesity a form of child abuse?

YES! Children love running around and having fun. How can they do that when they weigh twice the weight they should? 4. What is My Child’s BMI?
It’s very important to know what your child BMI because Body Mass Index is a number that predicts risk of disease by comparing a child’s weight to his or her height. First, a restaurant proportion is often much lager than what is recommended for a healthy diet. Second, many restaurant prepared foods, rely on frying and heavy on other things. Overweight and obese children experience a variety of health condition, such as, diabetes, increased cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, depression, and poor self-esteem. That’s why it’s important. Also, recommended to a healthy diet limit the amount of food consumed, including those needed for the proper development of children. Meal time as create a schedule of healthy snacks and meal time for your family to follow. Exercise because if children see you physical activity, then they are happier to see it as something fun to do. Last, set an acceptable amount of time for children to watch TV and play video games. Child obesity is being seen as health epidemic around our world. Making positive health and lifestyle choice. Help prepare our children for long and healthy lives. Although many parents will realize that eating at home will be better for not only themselves, but much better for their kids. I still think that if you exercise and stay from in front of the television and video games, you will get more acted. So as a parent we need to face the consequence in order to satisfy our children lives and ours. Individual shave maximized their utility subject to this new budget constraint, and higher body mass indexes have been the result. There are many effective way to combat childhood obesity. Your child will need to be physically active on regular basis. Also need to get you children to work in the house and yard. The best place to do this is in the backyard if you have woods because they can explore to nature environment like playing and thing that will make your child move their body. Parent faces many challenges, such as a shortage of time, minimal food preparation/storage space, and unfamiliarity with healthy recipes, which make it difficult to cook homemade meals.
