Introduction Does an American kid get enough exercise? In American today we have more obesity children’s then anywhere else in the world. If we as parents could just take a sample little walk, or go to the ball park on the weekend, or even let your child help with the cooking it teaches them a healthy way of life. Your kids will love it and be healthy before you know it.

American youth are in worse physical shape than earlier generations, many fitness experts claim. According to the U.S. surgeon general (5/5.1986), only about one-half of U.S. Children get regular exercise, and one-fourth doesn’t take part in physical activity at all.
