The human body is responsive to many forms of sexual stimulation. People practice on their own sensual gratification through masturbation. This type of enjoyment can start as young as the first few weeks of a person’s life. Fetuses and newborns have many sexual behaviors. Ultrasound technicians have seen baby boys in the womb with erections. Many boys are even born with an erection. Stimulation of the genitals starts as soon as the infant can maneuver their hands down to their penis or vagina ( Rathus, Nevid, & Fichner-Rathus, 2008). Many infant boys get erections and infant girls show a lubricated vagina. This is not to mean that an infant has any interest in sex. No one knows exactly what is going on and what it means to infant, probably not the same as to an adult. Some infants have shown that they are capable of experiencing an orgasm. In infant boys it is just like a grown mans minus the ejaculation. Masturbation starts between the ages of 6-12 months. Infants often fulfill the sexual urges with a soft toy or blanket until they can reach their genitals with their hands. At about ages 2-5 children get curious about their bodies and the bodies of other children and they show off their private parts and compare each others. They sometimes kiss to show affection (Rathus, Nevid, & Fichner-Rathus, 2005). At this age they also try to see people undressing or people taking baths or showers. Many of them will start to touch themselves in the own homes (Rathus, Nevid, & Fichner-Rathus, 2005). From ages 6-9 many children now are masturbating, sometimes alone sometimes with others. Sexual type games are sometimes played, like doctor, or house, with a Mother and A Father, who kiss and stuff that, is kind of sexual. All this is perfectly normal according to the scientists (Rathus, Nevid, & Fichner-Rathus, 2001). Preadolescence starts around 9 years old. This is a time of bonding friendships. Mist people at this stage have a best friend they can confide in and tell all their secrets too. Around ages 12 or so many preadolescence children become very self-conscious about the way they look (Rathus, Neid, & Fichner-Rathus, 2005). They worry that their bodies are somehow different or that they are freakish in looks. Sexual urges start to develop. More boys than girls have reported feeling these. This is also the phase of exploration. Adolescence starts at puberty. And ends around 16-18 years old. It is an awkward time because these people are not kids and they are not adults. They have sexual urges and use masturbation as a sexual outlet. Oral sex maybe tried instead of intercourse. There are many factors that they are feeling about sex. The hormones are raging, they are sexually aroused, sometimes they have intercourse just to reward their partner, sometimes they are pressured to have sex. Much adolescence feels that intercourse is a sign of maturity. . In search of the orgin of human sexuality researchers have found that between birth and death one thing stays the same and that is people will always seek pleasure with their bodies, alone or with a partner. It is part of natural life.

It is true that the capacity for orgasm is there neurologically from birth. But Freud was not just talking about orgasm. Sexuality meant not only intercourse, but all pleasurable sensation from the skin. It is clear even to the most prudish among us that babies, children, and, of course, adults, enjoy tactile experiences such as caresses, kisses, and so on.…

Masturbation is a pressure release, a natural sleeping pill, and a plain old-fashioned good time ( as if we need to sell you on it). Choking the chicken, ticklin the pickle, beating the meat, spanking the monkey… whatever you want to call it, masturbation is a pretty common habit these days. No one in their right mind would admit to masturbating in private, but the truth of the matter is majority of people does it. While America frowns upon masturbation others embrace their sexuality.…

We all as humans have sexual behaviors; it’s something that is a part of every one of us and part of our humanity. Sexual behavior is with you even before you are born, for example a fetus can actually express some sexual behaviors. These sexual behaviors are more likely to happen if the fetus is a male versus a female. These sexual behaviors start to arise when we are all in our infancy stage. The development of these behaviors continues through our age. One thing that male babies have are erections even before birth a unborn baby can have an erection. Baby girls experience something a little different. Baby girls start getting lubrication in their vaginal opening and also swelling. This also happens before birth. The ages that kids start showing pelvic thrusting is at about 8 to 12 months and begin to masturbate a few months after that. Kids while they are young experience sexual curiosity and behaviors and it’s a completely normal part of their growth and development. One specific game that children play is a kissing game, this kissing game involves sexual stimulus. In the adolescence stage which is ages 9 to 13 is when the child experiments with masturbation and is the top key sexual behavior at this age. The child will continue to show sexual curiosity and different sexual behaviors as they become older and go into the adult stage. At this stage the male and the female will experiment with mutual masturbation. Puberty also takes place, once puberty happens then reproduction is a possibility and something that can happen. During adolescence women start to menstruate. The body of a woman produces something called estrogen and with estrogen production it causes to form women body parts like breasts. Men produce something different, its called testosterone and this causes genital growth and other male behaviors. The number one outlet for sexual desires in the adolescence…

    Is masturbation a sin?

According to Matt Slick, “The Bible did not discuss masturbation at all.” This seems a little odd since it is such a strong and prevalent human event. According to Stastistic in the U.S., 90% of adolescent males and 46% of female masturbates in an average two to three times a week. Due to this prevalence sometimes we are not sure if masturbation is really a sin considering that many teenagers like me do the act. Added by Matt Slick, “Masturbation is not specifically declared to be sinful. Nevertheless, we must be cautious to pronounce something to be sinful or not sinful when God has not discussed it”. Therefore, we have to derive principles from Holy scripture with regards to the sexual issues and see if we can wisely apply them to the subject of masturbation.…

In India, Arabia, japan and even ancient Greek believed that masturbation was normal and encouraged people to masturbate. They believed that some gobs were an act of masturbation. For those in the western cultures, they believed that men had a finite amount of sperm, and that masturbation was looked at as a waste of that sperm.
