Studyng in class XII (Science) of this institution has successfully completed the Chemistry Project. “To Study the quantity of casein present in different samples of Milk” Based on the syllabus of C.B.S.E. council for the session 2013-2014 AISSCE under my guidance and supervision and has given satisfactory account of it in this report. This project will partially fulfill the purpose of chemistry practical examination. I wish her all the success in the future.

Introduction:

Milk is a food of exceptional inters probability. Milk is the most nutritious food found in nature. That is why it is widely consumed both in its natural forms and as diary product like butter, cheese etc.

Milk contains vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and the major milk protein casein are found only in milk and

    In this experiment, we change the temperature and volume and measure the pressure value respectively. From these datas, we draw the p-V isotherms and find the critical values of the ethane. However, when we look at the graph, we can realize that for the 32 oC we cannot observe the constant line.
