1. Introduction

This research target to organize the process particularly on the flow of transaction of inventory and keeping records, were we gathered all the data information required for which all of the data is based on, for them we propose a Computerized Inventory System a solution for some problem that they encountered during the transaction days.

In order to gather related data that will be used in the analysis of proposed system, we took many investigations and study other program flows in the system for us to establish a common point of creating an inventory system.

1.1 Background of the Study
Montalban as it was known years ago was founded in 1871 by father Eustaquio of Pasig. A former barrio of San Mateo, it was called BALITE – a name derived from a kind of tree which grew abundantly in the place. Later on, the name was change to MONTALBAN, derived from the Spanish word montealba meaning “white mountain”. The town rise at the foot of the Sierra Madre Mountain.

In 1909, Montalban was created as a regular Municipality through the late Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez, the towns first Municipal President of the Senate.

In July 1945, a provincial government was established with Gavino Cruz as acting Mayor. He was appointed by the President of the Philippines Commonwealth Government in recognition of his bravery and loyalty. In November 3, 1981 the Sangguniang Bayan of Rodriguez passed the Sangguniang Bayan resolution no.35, requesting the Batasang Pambansa for the enactment of a law renaming the Municipality of Montalban in the Province of Rizal to Municipality of Rodriguez to pay tribute to its illustrious son Senate President Eulogio “Amang” A. Rodriguez, Sr. In July 26, 1982 by virtue of Batas PambansaBlg. 275, Municipality of Montalban was renamed Municipality of Rodriguez.
