Background of the Study

It contains many vitamins and minerals like Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, and potassium. It also has lower carbohydrate content than wheat flour. It is good for those who have a light and healthy diet. Flour from banana contains low gluten. It can be used to produce high quality cakes by mixing with wheat flour. It can also be used for feeding infants.
