Executive Summary
This report will investigate the project management’s theory from diverse perspectives in an exact project which is Channel Tunnel. From this report, it can be seen that a brief background of Channel Tunnel project, indicated that the benefit get from the Channel Tunnel, the importance of project’s planning and scheduling, what stakeholders participated in, stakeholder’s conflict between each other. Moreover, this report would critical estimated the problem happened in the Tunnel Channel project in each period, planning, constructing and executing. In this case study, it will discuss and analyzed throughout the case study in Project Management theory Areas such as risk management, time frames, and costing. And there can be see some recommendations demonstrated in the end of case study.

1. Introduction
The main purpose of this report is to analyze the problem of the Tunnel Channel project, and, eventually, lead Tunnel Channel project into effective and beneficial.

Apparently, the 20th century represents a time which the fast development in many fields such as economy and construction. As time increases and human experience in dealing with large projects, the structure of project is more and more sensitive. A group of mega project was commissioned in the twentieth century. And from these successful projects, it boots people more confident to plan to executive an emerging mega project. However, much construction project which mega is has demonstrated in project management, a lot of classic construction were being appeared and spread across all over the world. In a sense, these constructions were regarded as a symbol of 20th century.

Although the advancement of each fields promote the project which on the front planning and executing being simple, but there still have mass problems such as technology’s limit that lead project into a decent processing, especially a mega project is. The relative authority who intended to exploit a new project recognized that the necessity to acknowledge the project management’ theory to deal with each field of the project financing, planning, scheduling, resources distributing and others. Nevertheless, the characteristics’ and resources’ different which contain distinct stakeholder benefits, risk, issue of stakeholders, matters suggested that each project is unique.
