Do cell phones make people more connected to each other or
disconnected? Why?
Cell phones definitely keep us more connected with
our family, friends, and co-workers. In order for us to communicate, a cell phone will be my number one choice. In these days of life people are busy. People are always on the move and they are traveling more often and further away. We can talk to friends and family wherever we are, which means that we can always be connected to someone when there’s an emergency.
Cell phones have gone from luxuries to necessities in our lives. Children are now able to stay in constant touch with their parents and families. Cell phones have replaced telephones as the primary means of communication for emergencies. In many homes people are canceling their landline service and replacing their service with a cell phone.
It is easier than ever to talk on cell phones. People no longer have to pull their car over in order to find a pay phone. They can just pick up their cell phone and make a call. It is great for emergencies or any time that people want to make phone call. This is something people are definitely taking advantage of.
As small as it is, cell phones could make wonders for life. Cell phones allow everyone to be connected in the fastest possible way. With all the special features, communication has become very fast and reliable. Connecting with people from anywhere is what cell phones could do. Cell phones are also very useful because you could easily ask for help through cell phones in times of emergency. You could almost say you are safe with the presence of cell phones in your pocket.
