Cell Phones should be allowed in schools
A new argument poses that cell phones should be banned in schools due to the reason that they are most disruptive in the class room. Such as many students use their cell phones for cheating and text messaging during class, and even in some cases cell phones are used for gang related incidents. This has been a widely discussed topic over the years. However, now cell phones have changed the world with new technology, and they can be used as more useful tool in educational system. Cell phones can be used as quick communication device in any kind of emergency. This device should be allowed in schools because students may have emergencies, they want to use for their personal use, and they are old enough to know what can be done and what cannot be done. First, supporters of cell phone verbally argue that the cell phones should be allowed because they are the fastest way of communication in any kind of emergency, and it always helps in everyday life. Now a days increasing number of parents are buying cell phones for their children. This is because that the parents are more curious about their children. One time one of my friend, who was in high school, left his keys inside the car. He was having his cell phone with him. He called at home and his dad sent him the spare key of the car. After tragedies like 9/11 and Columbine High School, parents started to argue with school administrations and school boards to allow their kids to have cell phones with them (Trump). For example in some emergencies like fire, students can call fire department if the teacher is not able to search the phone. Second, sometime students need to contact with their friends to make some affair plans, like tutoring session after school or sports practice.
