Subject: CELL PHONE POLICY UPDATED 4.17.2012

Due to recent event, there have been many changes to our phone policy here at the Spy Museum. There will be a zero-tolerance for personal phone conversations during company hours. We will also stop supplying cellular phones to employees for company use. If an employee utilizes and/or needs a cellular phone to conduct business, they will have to provide their own cellular phone. The Spy Museum will reimburse the employee for the usage of the phone. The specified amount will be determined by the Department Head and Controller.  Due to the misuse of cellular phones during operating hours, personal cell phone calls should not be made or received within the organization. Also, some employees have taken advantage of the cellular phone provided to them. Upon finding out the misuse of the phones, we will be collecting all company phones on Friday, April 20th, 2012. If you will not be in that day, please make arrangements with your Department Head or the Human Resource Office by Friday April 20th, 2012.

In addition, during any meeting, we ask that each employee leave all electronical devices on silent, on their desk, to ensure that they do not disturb their colleagues. These policies are to help increase the productivity of our organization as a whole. Reducing the time dealing with personal matters will benefit the organization as well as each individual.
