Type of volunteer and charity project
The type of volunteer and charity project to be carried out by our tutorial group is a selling campaign. The theme of our selling campaign is ‘Selling to Spread Smile’.
Objectives of the project
One of the objectives of this project are to develop consciousness toward our own potential. We can also build and expand our own potential so that we can deliver civic consciousness toward family, friends, community, the nation and the world. Furthermore, we will also be able to translate civic consciousness into civic responsibilities that is important for concrete and pragmatic actions volunteerism. Most importantly, we can deliver the message of how important SMILE is to us and to raise money and donate them to charitable organisations.
Methods or ways of implementation of the project
Defining the project objectives.
Deciding on the size of the project and the time phrase.
Identify measurable objectives and goals to be achieved.
Obtain agreement and opinion from all group members of the tutorial group.
Establish a project team and getting started.
Form a project team and choose committees to in charge or manage the project.
Identify all tasks required and risks that could happen.
Set up a target to be achieved by the tutorial group and discuss the ways to achieve it.
Establish a backup plan if the first plan cannot be used.
Preparing the project work plan and set up budget.
Prepare a project work plan to record the flow and details of the project.
Discuss with group members to set up a budget for the project.
Figure out a way raise fund and hit the target of the project.
Set up the ways to communicate with members to ensure that the project can run smoothly without any arguments occurred.
