Abstract
This report could be totally divided into 7 parts: Introduction, 3C Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Marketing Mix, Conclusion, References and Appendix. We aim at studying how Pizza Hut operates so successful all around the world, and try our best to find its weaknesses and threats as well. Through searching online, experiencing the services of Pizza Hut which to help us to catch more information about Pizza Hut, and their concept of Casual Dining. All in all, the achievement of Pizza Hut could own to their strategy of keeping pace with time. They keep updating their concepts of marketing strategies and their products. CONTENTS

Introduction
The study subject is Pizza Hut. We make understanding of Pizza Hut mainly from these three aspects: 3Cs analysis (Company, Customers, and Competitors), SWOT, Marketing Mix (Place, Product, Price, and Promotion). We would like to find the main reasons of Pizza Hut’s success and their disadvantages, and also we would make some suggestions according to these problems, hoping that our recommendations could make sense.

Company, Customers and Competitors

Pizza Hut is a famous American restaurant chain and international franchise that offers different styles of pizzas. By offering customers happy environment, food ,and service, Pizza Hut wants to create an atmosphere of joyful, which attracts thousands of customers. However, Pizza Hut still has some strong competitors, such as dominos.

Company
Pizza Hut is always evolving and aiming to bring the best European flavors to wherever it operates in. What is more, Pizza Hut strives to make every bite an enjoyable experience. In addition to being the city’s largest professional take-out order operator, Pizza Hut guarantees a hot and fresh European dining experience in every delivery. As we all know, culture plays an important role in a company. Pizza hut always holds different kinds of culture activities every year, which could help customers know different kinds of delicious of food without going abroad. Further more, Pizza hut helps the city to build up a new culture stage and create new imagination through these activities.

Customers
Customers are always considered as the first for a company. Pizza Hut is so popular among the customers. It is the world's largest casual dining restaurant chain with over 13,000 restaurants across 97 countries .It serves over 40 million customers daily and bakes over 17 million pizzas among more than 100 countries around the world. Customers of pizza hut are mainly those young people, white collar and families. The Consumption pattern includes family dine, couples date and friends gatherings. The reason why so many customers choose pizza hut is that pizza is a style of Joy, leisure, taste, temperament and interest.

Competitors
Though Pizza Hut is very successful it also has some strong competitors. Let us make a comparison between pizza hut and Domino. In the aspect of market position, pizza hut has12, 800 outlets in 90 countries, while Domino' has 8,624 outlets in 55 countries.

As to the strengths and weakness between pizza hut and Domino, Pizza Hut is popular among those who eat pizzas regularly, while Domino attracts people on the basis of cost rather than taste.
