1) Craigslist makes money only through revenue streams. It charges a $25 fee to post a job listing in six major U.S. cities. It charges $75 for a job listing in the San Francisco area. Last, the company charges a $10 fee to list an apartment rental in New York. The revenues generated from these fees cover only the operating expenses of Craigslist.
2) When you go to Craiglist.com, there is categories of listing that you can look for. For instance, Job, when you find a interesting a job, you reply to the post. The person that created the post will respond to your post, which creates a social networking.
3)The thing that I like about the site, is that it is very useful when come to selling or buying for cheap. However, the site construction is not great. It is very crowded. It needs to be more simple and easy for people to surf through.
4) Craigslist is considered the site that changes the world because it does what consumer needs for mostly FREE. Anything that you need to look for, will be found at craiglist.com and they could be found for little to no cost at all.
5) Some of the risk of using the site is fraud, many people were murdered though the use of craigslist. You need to take pre-caustion when using it. Also, it is need to face to face transaction, not online transaction to reduce fraud.
