Ali looked sheepish and replied, “Actually, i’m not really early. I slept here in the office last night.”
Fatimah was astounded. “Why did you do that?”
Ali admitted his problem.” Last night i couldn’t find the exit. All the door led to other offices or cupboards so in the end i had no choice. I slept on the floor!”

In Aleesha’s case it was apparent that aside from needing policy changes to the hiring process along with policies that help military families, there are also other political factors that failed Aleesha. One which seems to be a large scale issue is the drug prevalence in Aleesha’s community. Since Aleesha’s drug use predominantly began in her neighborhood and later progressed when she moved in with her boyfriend, which happened to be in the same neighborhood, it brings up the question of the accessibility and drug use in this area. It seems that the high drug use perhaps could also have played a role in her involvement with drug distribution. The political factor at hand that affected Aleesha immensely was drugs, because due to drug use and…

On February 25, 2000 Adnan Syed’s world came crumbling down around him. Adnan was convicted to life plus thirty years for the murder of his high school ex-girlfriend Hae Min Lee. Although Adnan was convicted, he is not guilty. The prosecution's case was shaky and was built around one witnesses constantly changing testimony. The witness was Jay Wilds, the neighbourhood drug dealer and a former schoolmate of Adnan’s. As well as the prosecution's main witness being unreliable, the cell phone tower data that they used to convict Adnan says on the cover sheet that the cell phone data from incoming calls can't be used to reliably and precisely locate a cell phone. Lastly, the autopsy report of Hae Min Lee showed fixed frontal lividity, the phenomenon…

    Adnan Syed Case Study

Adnan Syed, 19, was convicted of murder fifteen years ago that placed him in prison for life. Mr. Syed, a Muslim, was charged with the murder of his ex girlfriend, Hae Min Lee, by strangling her and burying her body in Leakin Park. With this in mind, Adnan had a friend, Jay Wilds, who had assisted Adnan in the crime, but walked free out of his trial without having to serve any time in prison. Jay’s testimony of the crime had many inconsistencies that should’ve made him untrustworthy, but the jury still used his story as evidence to decide if Adnan is guilty of murder. Furthermore, the Serial podcast episodes, with Sarah Koenig as the narrator, involves Sarah reviewing the whole case of the crime as she also added many pieces of evidence from family and friends of Adnan and Hae, criminal detectors and the cops to try and discover the truth. The search for the truth without any clear details or information can make it very difficult to come to a conclusion. And after listening to all 12 Serial podcasts, I believe that Adnan deserves another trial, but it wouldn’t change the outcome from the first trial without more evidence.…
