A. BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

The Student Information Database System is a kind of Database System which is commonly used by different academies and universities all over the world to keep tracks about the students in their institution. It makes the records of each student accurate and easy to access. Student Information is a central point of contact for advice and guidance for local and international student. In conjunction with the college, or division, faculty or department, the service provides general administrative advice and support on all aspects of the student career.

B. OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

1. GENERAL OBJECTIVES
To make a school operation easier, faster and more reliable. It manages your admission process, controls enrollments, provides information to students and guardians, tracks of students progress, improves your communication with students, offers dynamic reports and much more.  Our research completes school control using a simple database system . You'll notice how easy managing your school becomes from the minute you start using it, whether you are a small online university or a large cyber school.

2. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
a. To easily access the students information of the school. b. To help lessen the works of concerned people about tracing students records. c. To make the school students record accurate and convenient.

C.SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The significance of our study is it can make the operations of the school more accurate and convenient to use by the concerned parties. It is very important to each schools especially those schools using computer in their school records to keep tracks of their students. The study can help also the beginning or aspiring schools to manage and create their own Student Information Systems.

D. SCOPE AND LIMITATION OF THE STUDY
