III. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
Delia de los Reyes’ company was facing a serious problem, that is, the new and old employees were making conflicting decision.
Also, Delia, the president and founder of the company, dismissed the proposal of one of their partners to come up with planning and clear-cut policies and programs to guide decision making.

IV. OBJECTIVES

a. To have qualified employees who are capable of working out as a team b. To reduce uncertainties by anticipating future events 2. Long-range:
1. To maintain the existence and performance of a harmonious and agreeable combination or relationship among company employees 2. To maintain the good management and schemes established by the company

STRENGTH| The company has a founder and president in the person of Delia de los Reyes, who made the publication, production, and sales force of their company increase.| WEAKNESS| A lot of risks of various types are present in the company because of uncertainties brought by incapability of bringing a definite plan out on the table. And to add, employees are having conflict in decision making.| OPPORTUNITY| There’s a big chance for the company to expand and get known because of the rapid growth on its sales from the day of its first operation.| THREAT| The poor management of the company may tend the competitors to outweigh them.|
