Case Title: The Power Company

-The President/Founder doesn’t believe on Organizational Charts and Job Descriptions in any kind of business. -The Head of Manufacturing could not run her department without organizational charts and position descriptions. She has a hidden org. chart and the President doesn’t know that.

-Because of the belief of the President/Founder.

Lack of job descriptions.
No specification of relationships and responsibilities of employees in the company.THREATS:

Loss of identity, strength and reputation.
