GENERAL COMMENTS:
Good introduction of the company. Comprehensive description of the product portfolio of the company. Generally the macro environment and key issues were well discussed. Key issues discussed and explained. Minor weaknesses in certain areas where the obvious is stated without the discussion of trends. The summaries for each section were good but more effort should be placed in drawing inferences about the environmental factors and trends affecting the company. There could have been more discussion of how some of the trends and factors might influence the choice of MOE or perhaps have an impact of the marketing mix decision without going into too much detail. In discussing the market good information was provided. More discussion needed on competition, the market structure and the corresponding market shares.
