CARROT CAKE

Mix 2 cups sugar
4 eggs 1 1/2 cup of salad oil Mix in 2 cups All Purpose Flour 2 TSP, Salt 2 TSP, Baking Soda 2 TSP, Baking Powder 2 TSP, Cinnamon ADD 3 Cups Grated Carrots (4 large) 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts 8 oz (small tin) Crushed Pineapple (Juice too) 1 TSP, Vanilla Bake at 350 For 30 to 50 min METHOD: Mix together - Cake Flour - Sugar - Cinnamon - Baking Soda - Baking Powder and Salt Drain Pineapple - Saving Juice Add Juice to Dry Mixture and Eggs - oil & Vanilla Beat for 3 min Stir in Pineapple & Carrots & Nuts Cool and Ice Icing 8 oz pkg. Creamcheese 3 1/2 Cups Icing Sugar 1/2 Cup butter 2 TSP vanilla Mix together in a small bowl Frost when Cake is Cool

Mix 2 cups sugar

1/2 cup of salad oil

Mix in 2 cups coconut flour or

All Purpose Flour with 1/4 cup coconut shreds
2 TSP, Salt

2 TSP, Baking Soda

2 TSP, Baking Powder

2 TSP, Cinnamon

ADD

3 Cups Grated Carrots (4 large)

1 Cup Chopped Walnuts

8 oz (small tin) Crushed Pineapple (Juice too)
1 TSP, Vanilla

METHOD: Mix together - Cake Flour - Sugar Cinnamon - Baking Soda - Baking Powder and Salt Drain Pineapple - Saving Juice Add Juice to Dry Mixture and Eggs - oil & Vanilla Beat for 3 min Stir in Pineapple & Carrots & Nuts Cool and Ice

Icing 8 oz pkg. Creamcheese

3 1/2 Cups Icing Sugar

1/2 Cup butter

2 TSP vanilla

Mix together in a small bowl

Frost when Cake is Cool

To put it all together the cake mix and cheese cake mix: Put a layer of carrot mix and in a tube put the cheese cake mix and swirl in on top of the carrot and repeat the medthod until done, make sure the top only has Carrot mix. Bake at 350 For 50 or 55 mins in 9/13 pan....
