CHAPTER V
SUMMARY, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The study aimed to know the level of awareness, information and knowledge of customers in term of food safety and sanitation standards of those students who took Food Microbiology. The study attempted to prove the awareness of selected customer of Mang Inasal, Jollibee and McDonalds which is 2nd year and 3rd year HRM students of SSCR de Cavite. The primary data was obtained by the survey questioner given to the total of 56 respondents came from two year level of HRM students of SSCR de Cavite who become a customer of Mang Inasal, Jollibee and McDonalds

Summary of Findings
Problem 1: What is the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of gender, age and year level?
1.1 Gender Profile
Based on the finding most of the 2nd and 3rd year HRM students of SSCR de Cavite customer of Mang Inasal, Jollibee and McDonalds were female consisting 61 % of the total population and 39 % of male population who visited the said Fast Food Chain in Cavite City.

1.2 Age Profile
Based on the findings most of the 2nd and 3rd year HRM students of SSCR de Cavite are belong to the age bracket 18-20 years old which composed of 59 % of the total population, 15-17 with 23 % and 21 above with 18 %

1.3 Year Level Profile
Based on the findings 57 % or 32 out of 56 respondents are came from 3rd year HRM students and 43 % or 24 respondents are 2nd year HRM students of SSCR de Cavite.
Problem 2: What is the psychographic profile of the respondents in terms Fast Food Chains Visited, hobby and social events?
