SUMMARY, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The study aimed to know the level of awareness, information and knowledge of customers in term of food safety and sanitation standards of those students who took Food Microbiology. The study attempted to prove the awareness of selected customer of Mang Inasal, Jollibee and McDonalds which is 2nd year and 3rd year HRM students of SSCR de Cavite. The primary data was obtained by the survey questioner given to the total of 56 respondents came from two year level of HRM students of SSCR de Cavite who become a customer of Mang Inasal, Jollibee and McDonalds
Summary of Findings
Problem 1: What is the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of gender, age and year level? 1.1Gender Profile
Based on the finding most of the 2nd and 3rd year HRM students of SSCR de Cavite customer of Mang Inasal, Jollibee and McDonalds were female consisting 61 % of the total population and 39 % of male population who visited the said Fast Food Chain in Cavite City.
Based on the findings most of the 2nd and 3rd year HRM students of SSCR de Cavite are belong to the age bracket 18-20 years old which composed of 59 % of the total population, 15-17 with 23 % and 21 above with 18 %
1.3Year Level Profile
Based on the findings 57 % or 32 out of 56 respondents are came from 3rd year HRM students and 43 % or 24 respondents are 2nd year HRM students of SSCR de Cavite. Problem 2: What is the psychographic profile of the respondents in terms Fast Food Chains Visited, hobby and social events?
The findings shows that most of respondents loved to surf in the net, second is watching TV, then reading books, lastly others specify shopping and sports.
2.3 Social Events
Based on the findings respondents are enjoyed more going to party rather than going to seminar and other social events. Problem 3: How do the respondents’ evaluate the variables of of Mang Inasal, Jollibee and McDonalds in terms of Food Handling?
3.1 Food Handling- Food Servant Wear Clean Disposable Gloves The weighted mean of the respondents’ evaluation for the table 4.8 is 3.01 which gave a descriptive interpretation of Agree which means that the customer of Mang Inasal, Jollibee and McDonalds are agreed that the food servant of the fast food chains use disposable gloves. 3.2 The Food Are Presentable and No Bad Odor
As shown in table 4.9 the weighted mean of respondents evaluation about how presentable and no odor the food is 3.26 which gave the descriptive interpretation of Agree that why the consumer repeated the products of of Mang Inasal, Jollibee and McDonalds.
Based on the data gathered, the researchers have arrived with the following conclusions:
1.Demographic Profile of 2nd and 3rd year HRM students of SSCR de Cavite Customers of Mang Inasal, Jollibee and McDonalds.
Majority of the customers were females compared to males.
More than a half of the populations of the selected respondents are belong to 18-20 years old, followed by 15-17 years old and 21 above is the smallest population.
Almost three forth of the population of the respondents came from 3rd year HRM students of SSCR de Cavite have 32 respondents and followed by 2nd year students have 24 respondents.
