Utilities of CargoSpot The system can be used for the generation of following and other relevant reports. Agents Reports, Destination reports, flight/ truck reports, carrier statistics, price reports, AWB Stock & usage reports, payment reports, revenue reports, miscellaneous reports One window usage for reservation, space control, space allocation, sales prices, rates requests, agents stock etc management, handling, acceptance, pricing, revenue accounting, invoicing etc. Scope of this Manual This Manual will cover the following modules, which are a part of the Basic Sales Office Working. How to Start CargoSpot? 1. 2. 3. 4. Java Development Kit should be installed in the system The website should be added to the trusted addresses. Open the Internet Explorer, type http://pk.cargospot-training.champ.aero/cargotrain.html Click at CargoTrain Carrier , the following screen will appear.

5. Enter the designated USER ID and Password. 6. In the above screen, following options will be discussed for the purpose of reservations and bookings. 7. The following information pertains to the master users/ head office users, and hence should have been entered; however, some of the data will be inserted during the training progress. Initial Layout and Tools of the System Please note that the following tools and options will remain applicable and useful throughout the system, so incase you find a problem anywhere in the system, please first refer to the following tools and make sure that you are adhering to these.
