As the new General Manager at Kudler Fine Foods (KFF) it is my role to follow the new directions from upper management regarding the restructuring and implementation of new positions, coordination of training and development for new employees, and adapting new employee performance appraisal methods, in an effort to provide accurate feedback and promote performance enhancements.
