In modern business world, any organization can strategically use; pay, compensation, benefits and other rewards as effective performance management instruments to increase operational efficiency and enhance performance. It is very important for the organization to attract, motivate and retain the best people who will be a key influence on its future success. So, successful pay, rewards, compensation and benefits strategies are the main components that can ensure people are paid equitably, recognize and reward excellent performance, and aid the attraction and retention of top-quality staff.
Creating a performance appraisal once a year for employees to identify there job strengths and weaknesses of individuals or work teams. InterClean, INC organization believes that feedback is very important because how they really motivate their employees threw rough times. InterClean, INC always wants their employees feeling happy and comfortable on the job. People are most productive when they have a clear idea of what is expected of them. By creating a working environment and placing value on doing the best job possible, InterClean, INC can attract, develop and retrain the best sales representative possible. InterClean, INC will give feedback to their employee is threw and listen to employees input. Listening is part of communicating in InterClean, INC organization and there are several steps they follow:

1. Decide to listen: stop doing anything else you are doing and focus attention on speaker.
2. Show that what the person is saying is heard and has value. Be receptive to verbal content. Always respond with a statement that shows you were listening.
3. Ask questions to clarify what the speaker is saying and why he or she is saying it. When asking questions you are letting the speaker know you are listening and interested in what is being said.
