Can time management improve your learning ability and life?

Not everyone manages there time wisely, but you can start right now. William Shakespeare once said a quote that inspired me,   “Better three hours too soon, than one minute too late”.(Daczynski) What Shakespeare is saying is that, it’s always best to be early than to be late. This quote may fall under a lot of situations, but in this case, I think he is referring to time management. To be successful in life you need to manage your time effectively. Where does the time go? Each day we are tasked with many assignments and It seems that there is not enough hours in the day to finish them. That shouldn’t be an excuse on why not to finish the assignments. It’s all about taking control of your time and managing it wisely. Some of the steps that can help manage time is by finding out where you’re wasting your time, making a daily schedule, prioritizing, and last but not least prepare ones self for success. This is not an over night process, it’s more of a change in   life style.   Taking control of your time is in no one’s hands but your own. Learning and practicing time management can improve your learning abilities and it can take you far in life.
In order to manage your time you need to find out where you are waisting it. For example procrastinating, over sleeping, or distractors like Television. Do you ever find yourself waiting till the last minute to finish a project or task? Lets be honest, you probably know that you’re procrastinating. It’s not a proven statistic or fact, but it has been shown that there are many reasons why procrastination is bad a habit. One of the main reasons is that, it develops into a normal routine. It might not affect you when are young and carefree, but if you get into the habit of putting things off, serious consequences can affect your adult life.(Fung) Which can lead to; not paying bills on time, picking up your kids late from school or even showing up late to jury duty....
