Money is important to be able to do things or buy things for your family and yourself. However, there are other things that are more important than money. Once I told somebody who was very rich that I wish I had his money. He looked at me and said, "I wish I had ur health". So I think we should thank God for what we have before asking for what we don't have. No matter how much money you have you will never be happy with just money you need support from someone in your life no matter how old you are or where you are.life is nothing without love.Yeah OK if you have a lot of money you will be popular and rich but real love exist with love whether its your family friends or even pet. While I agree, there are many things in life money can't truly buy, true love, friendship, it can buy men or women who will stay around you because you have it. Obviously once you realize it is the only reason, happiness is not the feeling that comes to mind, at least not for me. However money is a part of happiness because it allows you to pay your bills, not worry about where your next meal is coming from and then you can enjoy all the other things life has to offer, many free, some at a cost. Having money one may have uptown problems, which are not really problems at all. So no, money in and of itself is not enough to create happiness, though it can certainly buy the kind of misery one can live with. I guess is it easier to say no if it is something you have. On the other hand, if you survey some poor people from so-called third world countries you would find many of them are happy with their lives. If you have the basic necessities covered like food and shelter, it's possible to be very happy. Most people that have money are not happy because they always want more, they never make as much as they want to.
