The customer service you receive at any of Caesar’s location is exceptional. My concern is their code of commitment to guests. Caesar states that their large number of employees contribute to a guest’s experience and their ultimate success. Caesar is committed to assisting guest with gambling-issues; financially and emotionally. With the economy at the state it is in today their code of commitment should be revamped with concerns of entertainment desires and economic abilities of customers. Their facilities do not have a true measurement of when a guest should halt gambling activities. The constant mail outs offers, poor winnings, and decline of properties are not in conjunction with the commitment statement.
