The feedback would be the acceptance of the vacation by the employee or receiver and probably a thank you response for showing appreciation for his loyalty to the business relationship between the sender and receiver. The first employee or sender would like the second employee or receiver to work with him on a project that involves both departments of the same organization. The memo explains to the receiver that the sender is asking for his assistance on a project. The sender explains in short what the project will consist of and offers more information in response to this memo. The technology used can either be paper or e-mail within the business that is commonly used for inter-office communication. The feedback would be the response by the second employee. He will either agree or deny the proposal by the first employee or he could still respond to the memo to find out more information that was not included.
