The D-life, letter ‘D’ represents the meaning of DIY, dainty and diamond. It means that our products can help you DIY your life and make your life dainty and shining as if diamonds. Our company tends to sell some DIY-boxes, interesting and attractive DIY desks calendars and pasters for card cover. We regard the young university girls as our target customers. There are some shops in or near our university which sell notebooks, and card pasters. But we found that they are not very beautiful. So our products are more competitive. Our company has a clear management structure. General Manager is Ling Zhao. The financial manager is Charlene Wu. The marketing manager is Jack Chen. And Rita He is the sales manager, with experience in working part-time. Finally, we estimate that the budget of our business will not out of 400 yuan. The materials will cost approximately 70% of the in total costs. We distribute them in our different products according to the customer needs which received by our questionnaire. Our company’s name is D-LIFE. It was set up at the Guangdong University of Foreign Language Study, by four students who are hard-working, creative and cautious. We tend to sell some DIY-boxes, interesting and attractive DIY desks calendars and pasters for card cover. We aim to beautify and convenience our life by using our products. Our company has different departments for diversely specific responsibilities, for instance, sales department, financial department, etc. And our company’s name has some extended meaning. Our products are various. We intend to sell the card pasters and DIY boxes. We have many opportunities, because most students of our university are girls, they tend to be attracted by the pretty and colorful things. And girls always have no resistibility to the stationeries, especially with the beautiful covers. There are some shops sold stationeries near our university, but our research shows that they don’t have the products like ours.
DIY boxes: It just is some pieces thick paper, our customers should make it become boxes by themselves. And it has many different size boxes in a finished product, the customers can put all their sundries in each boxes according to their size. Our customers have many choices because we there are diverse styles of the boxes. Card paster: It is a card-size picture with a paster attached in back. Our customers can beautify their cards (traffic card, student card, etc) by pasting it onto them. DIY Desks Calendar: It is a desk calendar which has many different items on it, such as the date, the month, the weather, and the mood.
