ABSTRACT
Economic pressure has made people in the urban metropolitan city work too hard in order to fullfill their needs. This has indirectly gave influence on practical or instant way of life among them so it won’t burden their already overload work. Sometimes they even doesn’t have time to go out and eat because they cannot leave their unfinished work, big traffic jam, etc. Those things make people lazy to go out to a restaurant though they do not have food in they kitchen since most of them live away from their family.
This is the opportunity that EasyDelivery will try to capture as a one-stop food delivery service business in Bandung city. From market survey, writer found that 55% from 100 respondents, which came from different backgrounds (student, employee and businessman) are not very satissfied with current food delivery service provided by restaurants in Bandung. Though, still about 92% of them wanted to use delivery service to order food from restaurants.
Until now, there has been no single outsource food delivery service similar to what EasyDelivery is going to offer, because its business is based on B2B2C model. EasyDelivery will help restaurants increase sales and cost efficiency through its delivery service. Also, EasyDelivery will give customers alternative solution to the background on paragraph one above a “One Roof Food Delivery Service” which is, ordering food from different restaurants from one source.
Through this business plan, the writer is hoping to have write and formulate a comprehensive detailed plan in order to start the business.
