I.EXECUTIVE SUMMARY In a typical Months there is a season in the RURAL areas they call Harvest Season. In this season many farmers rush to crop there agricultural products that they plant. there ‘s a two major agricultural products in the rural areas this are the cereal grain and the corn but most of the farmers plants cereal grain . Because cereal grain is more useful than the corn if a cereal grain owner wish to use it for his own good like making it a rice he would just need to go in to a rice milling service.. this is why business minded people have to decide to put an establishment that could offer a service for agricultural products like cereal grains.

A corporation was built by Mr. Al-majed Santiago & Benjamin Santiago. Its legal structure being a corporation is that the company is separate and distinct from their owners in the eyes of the law. The important thing is how are they going make place that were the people will choose to have their service. They opened the “El SANTIAGO RICE MILL” last july 2013 and are purposely located at the Municipality of Shariff Aguak Province of MAGUINDANAO is a lively Rural area in the province that stands out in terms of producing Cereal grains, the area enjoys good weather all year round and its generally a typhoon-free and with a normal weather condition so many farmers are not afraid that there plant will be a failure of planting because of the good weather in the area.

II. Management Team and Organization
Management Team
Majority of the El Santiago Rice mill were managed by the Santiago family, the management team consist of General Manager, Marketing manager, Operating manager, manpower/human resource officer, cashier/bookkeeper,security and maintenance.
Manager- Almajed Santiago serves as the general manager of the business, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration graduate in the field of financing.
Marketing manager- Benjamin Santiago is also a Bachelor of Science in Business
