Executive Summary
This document is intended to provide the reader with an overview of ARK Property and potential service that ARK Property could provide as well as to determine potential growth and sustainability in operating in the Kempton Park area as an estate agency.

ARK Estate Agency
ARK Property was established in 2000 as an Estate Agency. Over the years ARK has evolved to become one of the larger privately held rental companies in the Ekurhuleni area with a very component team of people looking after the assets of all our various lessors.

Purpose, Mission and Vision
My Vision is that there is only one name when thinking of rentals on the East Rand and that is ARK Property. My aspiration is an Estate Agency that services the Retail, Residential and Commercial markets.
My intent is to bring corporate practices and processes into the business in order to be more efficient and deliver excellent services to our clients whether they are lessee, lessors or sales clients.
ARK’s mission is to exceed the expectations of our clients by providing service with speed and accuracy.

    After analysis of Mr. Alexander’s proposal, it is obvious why he should take advantage of a real estate investment opportunity. The experience he would gain coupled with the added income would establish a solid foundation for making more investments in the future. To this end, however, I find Alexander’s plan for the Revere Street property falls short. A major deficiency is that his projections are almost entirely predicated on estimates and assumptions that are neither conservative nor reliable. In a similar vein, Alexander’s “DIY” approach is not only exemplar of naiveté, but also suggestive of many implications that were overlooked in his proposal.
