2.1. Business Description (You can use the information on chapter 3 – 9. summarize what you have written on that chapter) 2.1.1 description of your company, including your products and/or services 2.1.2 objectives and mission statement
2.1.3 your business’s management
Describes your management team and staff and how your business ownership is structured. Break it into three sections:
The Ownership Structure section describes the legal structure of your business. It may be a single sentence if your business is a sole proprietorship. Explain who holds what percentage of ownership in the company.
The Internal Management Team section will describe the main business management categories relevant to your business, identify who's going to have responsibility for that category, and profile that person's skills.
2.1.4 the market and your customer
Explain exactly what kind of people who might be interested in buying your product or service are like, and how many of them there are.
2.1.5 marketing and sales
Products and/or Services and your Unique Selling Proposition(what sets your products and/or services apart from your competitors)
The price you charge has to be competitive but still allow you to make a reasonable profit. (you should know the price of each item of your competitors)
How is your product or service going to get to the customer? (For instance, will you distribute your product or service through a Web site, through the mail, through sales representatives, or through retail?) Advertising and Promotions Plan
Advertising :What percentage of your annual advertising budget will you invest in ( you can choose among the following options:) the Internet
Sales Promotion - If it's appropriate to your business, you may want to incorporate sales promotion activities into your advertising and promotion plan, such as: offering free samples

Publicity - Describe how you plan to generate publicity. While press releases spring to mind, that's only one way to get people spreading the word about your business. Consider: product launches

2.1.6 your competition
determine who your competitors are.
What markets or market segments your competitors serve;
What benefits your competition offers;
Why customers buy from them;
And as much as possible about their products and/or services, pricing, and promotion.
2.1.7 your business’s operations
describes the physical necessities of your business' operation, such as your business' physical location, facilities and equipment what kind of business you'll be operating
include information about inventory requirements and suppliers description of the manufacturing process.
2.1.8 financial projections and plans
The income statement, the cash flow projection and the balance sheet(brief explanation/analysis of these three statements)
(Write the summary one to three sentences only.Highlights the points you’ve made elsewhere in your business plan. Then finish your business plan’s executive summary with a closing sentence or two that answers the question “Why is it a winning business?”)
