Business Plan for Restoration and Repair Shop

Restoration and Repair Shop will be a new entrepreneur business in the private sector, as partnership company for profit that can do just about anything, offerings professional service in restoration and repair of leather, vinyl, velour and various types of fabric to all customers in the Aviation Market, Automotive Market, Marine Market, and Residential Market.

1. State the purpose of the business

Small business statistic almost 90 to 99.9 per cent from the total business of each country, and its definition depends on several factors, including turnover and headcount, Small business enterprise plays a major role in creating employment, and new jobs ultimately impact on business activity through increasing spending power. It can offer specialised services that larger businesses may not regard as cost effective to provide. Often work as sub-contractors, likely have special knowledge of a local business environment and can tailor their products and services appropriately, contributing in the local infrastructure, and innovate in ways that larger ones would find difficult.

2. Identify the internal and external stakeholders.

Stakeholders are people, or groups, who have a legitimate interest in the activities of businesses and other organizations’ in their society. An oft-quoted definition of ‘stakeholder’ is: ‘A stakeholder in an organization is (by definition) any group or individual who can affect or is affected by the achievement of the organisation’s objectives.’ (Freeman, R.E. 1984)

Moreover we can classify them in two categories, Internal and external:
Internal stakeholders are people who are work directly within the business, and these include employees and management also it means the actual owners, shareholders, employees, workers and other related people.

Whereas external stakeholders are people who are not directly working within the business but are affected in some way from the decisions of the business, and these includes: customers, suppliers, local communities, shareholders, government, and future generations.
