In episode two of undercover boss, we have seen concepts that deal with management in the business world. The first aspect I related to business management is customer service. This episode of undercover boss really emphasized the importance of have a strong customer service in your business. Customer service is the overall activity of identifying and satisfying the consumer needs. Customer service is one of the most important aspects of the business. High quality customer service helps to create customer loyalty, thus creating a strong customer base. Customers today are not only interested in the product they are being offered but also the service that they receive from the greeting they receive when they enter a retail outlet, to the refund and help that they receive when they have a complaint about a product that they have paid for. The customer is what the business is built on, in order to create a successful business it must include a strong customer service management team. Another element in the episode that was strongly emphasized was team work. Business teamwork is important because it allows companies to achieve their goals more quickly and efficiently. Companies set goals and these goals cannot be achieved by one person. It is necessary to work as a team if you want to achieve your goals quicker as a company. If you encounter some kind of problem and all the members contribute to solving the problem, a solution will be found in a shorter time. This is because everyone contributes by contributing ideas and different tasks are assigned to different members.  This makes the problem solving process progress faster. Working as a team encourages more creativity. When members of a company interact together, creative ideas tend to evolve. You are more likely to come up with new ideas as you have discussions with your colleagues. When members work as a team they learn from each other through the process.
