LEADERSHIP IN PRACTICE, IS IT INNATE OR ACQUIRED?

Abstract:

This Research briefly explains about Leadership and its Characteristics, Roles, and Approaches. It also simplified in its outcomes the difference between Managers and Leaders and whether Leadership is Innate or Acquired or Both. Small Visuals were prescribed as Tables to summarize Leadership and Management Contrasts, including the applied Interview with the Head Leader of one of the Certified Lebanese Company and Evaluations listed further in the Project.
