1.1 Prepare and implement a plan for determining where to place TV advertising for Mr. Ma's SOE TV Company.
1.2 Describe and justify the survey methodology and frame used. 1.3 Develop and use a questionnaire and justify its design for the TV advertising plan's purpose.
2.1 Create information for decision making by summarizing the data collected from the questionnaire and secondary research using representative values, and use the results to draw valid and useful conclusion as to where Mr. Ma should do his advertising in the Beijing. Be sure to assess quality of the secondary research. 2.2 Analyse data using measures of dispersion, and use this to inform Mr. Ma which TV station(s) and /or programs to concentrate his advertising. 2.3 Calculate quartiles, percentiles and correlation coefficient; use it to draw useful conclusions as to where Mr. Ma’s TV Company should advertise. Discuss any variations from other analysis. For correlation coefficient, you may use an example from data found online if use of your own data is not feasible, but you must discuss how it will be used in business decision making
