Abstract
When taking the role as a recruiting manager of a department, most consider this position to be one of the most important. The recruiting manager takes the applications that are submitted by people, reviews the applications, and decides who is best qualified for the position according to their previous work experiences and skills. After determining the best applicants, an interviewing process is scheduled. For this assignment, it asks to step into the role of a recruiting manager for an organization. The recruiting manager is asked to employ a manager for the services division. The type of skills that this individual must possess is communication, effectiveness, interpersonal, and conceptual. This person must have experience in this type of work, be organized, and show good character. The responsibilities that the recruiting manager must accomplish are to ask certain questions to challenge the person’s thinking in certain situations and discuss the overall job.
Introduction
This assignment is asking for the recruiting manager to look for a certain individual who fits all the qualifications for a new manager for the services department. The recruiting manager must pick a person who meets the criteria that the vice president is asking for. First, the candidate up for the position will be given the description for the characteristics and discuss previous work experience. After this has been accomplished, there will be a series of questions that will be asked that the contender must answer to the best of their knowledge and ability.
