I am writing to inquire some information about the music industry. This semester I am enrolled in the Expository Writing course and I am working on a class project with a group doing an in-depth study of music business. For our class project, we picked a site with a subculture we have recently become curious about. If it isn’t too much to ask, we would like to schedule a visit to your studio to learn about how this music industry runs.

Basically we have to prepare an outline, then elaborate it and organize the points to form an interesting research paper. Before that, we have to gather information about the music business. We realize the music industry is one of the fastest growing export sectors of the global service economy, and that’s the reason why we would like to know how the music industry functions. Since this is a class project, all of the information you will or will not provide will stay in the class. Northing will be publish or shown before your permission. Each of us will write a separate research paper, and we will be glad to give you copies of these papers at the end of the semester.
