There are many different ways to try and build a successful business in kava. I have much experience in how to rebuild steel build or architectural sheet metal. Because of the disasters in kava there is always going to be building that are destroyed and are going to have to be rebuilt. It sounds like there are consistent disasters in the area which would be very profitable and keep many workers busy in that area. The positive things to all this is the repairs that can be very open anything from steel studs in homes to sheet metal on the outside of commercial buildings. By building a company in this area I believe that you could keep enough work going that would provide jobs for workers that live in kava. Anything that can be profitable and help the people of kava would be a great positive experience.
Government contracts would be the best way to get involved with the community and the people of kava. Government is always paying to rebuild there cities and communities. It sort of sounds like kava is a place of struggle and tools would be a problem. There are many tools that would be needed to complete a task like this, air compressors, welders, shears. These are very expensive and heavy pieces of machinery it would take a great planning to get these pieces of equipment. You would have to ship these pieces of equipment in pieces because of weight issues.
The best way to attack a business in this kind of area would take time. A shop would have to be built before equipment was even sent over. Electricity would have to be found for the welders and shears; it would have to be well planned and would take much effort. There is much risks when building a shop in an area like this because it also can be destroyed, but I guess there is always risks when building a business no matter what area or what you are doing there will be risks in all situations.
