This research report is dedicated to my family, friends, and professors for their unwavering support and encouragement throughout my life and academic pursuits. First, we would like to thank Mr. Irfan Hameed for being a fantastic thesis supervisory. It means a lot to us that he stepped up when we needed him the most and took on the responsibility of guiding us in the right direction. Furthermore, he pushed us to think outside the box and challenged us to look beyond what is right in front of us. Without him we would not have been able to complete this thesis. For these reasons and many more, we will be forever grateful.

Lastly, we would like to thank our family and friends who have always supported us, even when we may not have been aware of it. We would like to thank our Parents our Mother and father, who always provided us with motivation and for their continued support of us throughout our life, financially and emotionally, and for instilling in us their morals and values.

This report is to highlight the role of management in efu Allianz. Our research is only limited to efu Allianz health. This report is divided into four management function. Planning, organizing, leading and controlling. In this report you would find that efu Allianz mission and vision statement and the goals of the company. They have made a long term goals and to achieve that goals they make short term goals. In this report you will find the complete working environment of the financial bodies and the insurance industry, the macro and micro economic factors affecting the big insurance operators and their functions. First explains the basics organizing elements needed in the company to achieve their objectives. Efu Allianz horizontal hierarchy and functional structure, responsibility are divided from upper level to lower level. Company emphasizes more on customer satisfaction but their employee’s satisfaction is also being valued. In this report you will studied the recruitment procedure and standards of the firms. As Efu Allianz is a multi national company they more emphasize on their core values and culture. Employees learn from their culture, they conduct seminars in which they discuss their rituals, values and stories. Efu Allianz doesn’t compromises on their values. In the last you will studied how they lead their company and how they control their employees.
