1. Explain why change happens in a business environment. You should include at least three reasons in your answer.

Change happens in a business environment for several reasons. These changes can be of internal or external purposes. For example an internal change could be a launch of a new product or service. Another example of an external change would be a new law the government has implemented, this could be a new type of business grant that could help keep the business afloat.

The second reason for change is so that businesses adapt to a change of customer needs and preferences. This is done by the data collected from customer feedback and customer surveys. This will keep the business from falling behind other businesses. Internet shopping is at a high point in the world of businesses today. All retailers has an obligation to make sure there website is up to date and easy to use, keeping in line with other competitors.

The third reason for change in a business environment is that they keep in line with modern technologies and new software upgrades. This will keep the business flowing without delay, some people may find change hard and intimidating but if it doesn’t happen we
