Business Action Plan
Action sales plan
Business planning is essential in providing a framework of what is to be achieved and how, which is the first step to make successful sales.

The first step in the sales territory plan, before even making the plan I will make myself an expert on my company and the product. To make sales I have to read and know everything about the company and the product, in other words I say I have to reach the expert level that nobody knows any information about them more than me. I believe that my knowledge will be my primary tool.
Second Step:
A SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) which will include all aspects of the territory, e.g. sales and activities, strengths and weaknesses of key client relationships, the competition and possible new competitions. Third Step:

My plan at this point will be 1-developing long-term selling plan with the largest clients 2- I will try to develop leads with those major clients to expand my base.
* I believe that the first three steps will be my priority and focus at the first 30 to 45 days in my new position.
Fourth Step:

My strategy will be

This type of analysis provides a summary of an organization’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. SWOT is a planning report that only covers a specific time period but can be used in conjunction with other business documents to provide efficient and effective decision-making based on facts instead of intuition. The Strengths and Weaknesses sections of the analysis are those issues internal to the organization. Opportunities and Threats are issues that are external to the organization period (Nickels, McHugh, & McHugh, 2010).…
