The market environment of the last decade has ever-increasing pressure on organizations, primarily due to its dynamism and globalization processes, which had led to a rapid increase in the number of transnational corporations. This resulted in the appearance of multi-national teams, consisting of representatives of either similar or completely different cultures. Not surprisingly, this diversity of nationalities often causes difficulties in communication between employees.
